Wanted: Rear 700c wheel geared

Just totaled my back wheel so looking for something to replace it asap. On a bit of a budget so ideally no more than 35 quid, prefferably less. Would be grateful if it came with a casette as i dont have the tools to remove my old one and change it across Though i'm sure i can figure something out.

I'd like to add pretty pretty please in the hope it might move you to help.
