The only regular kilt wearer I met in Scotland was a hotelier from Middlesborough, I thought he just did it for the punters, 'til I saw him in Asda in full Highland Regalia inc sgian dubhs / skean dhu. Weird seeing him wearing a kilt and 'boro shirt too.
