Got a call from jessops manager, after a rather ranty email to their customer services the other day, saying they're happy to replace the memory card.
Good craic.
She kept wanting me to dob in who was a twat to me, but I didn't know who it was, and felt pretty uncomfortable about doing it anyway.
Also got offered a load of free prints when I come back off my hols too. Pretty nice.
