Both are true and spin freely, includes 5 speed block, a pair of tyres (although one doesnt hold air), some spokes are a little corroded on the rear wheel, rims are both GP$ tub but the rear is the older decal style, I think the front is unused since being rebuilt with a new rim and spokes. Marks in the photos are dust.
Collect E3 any time (by prior arrangement, I sometimes go out for a ride or to the shops or to say Hi to people)
