Wanted: 59-63cm Full Bike - up to £130

Hi everyone

I'm looking for a cheap-ish bike, anywhere up to around £130, for trips to the shops, the pub etc. Doesn't need to be anything too special, just something that rides well and has some milage left on it.

I was planning on selling my 60cm 1982 Raleigh Competition shortly.

531 (so you know it's awesome), Campag Gran Sport gear. Original Weinmann brakes had seized up and have been replaced with a Shimano 105 front and R450 rears. Here's a link to the original catalogue:

Mine is the one at the bottom (but with a white seat and white bar tape). Also, mine is more "Polar Green" than "Polar Blue" for some reason. I'll give it a clean on Saturday and put some pics up.

Gets me to and from work (6 mile round trip) on a daily basis and is lots of fun to ride.

I was thinking £150 would be about right for this piece of handbuilt English cycling history.

would love to see some pics of it - very interested! where abouts are you situated?

I have a Falcon "designed by Ernie Clements" bike available: 27x1 1/4 wheels; Weinmann Vainqueur centre-pull brakes; geared (Shimano 600). Large frame 59/60cm. Paintwork showing age (altho decals still intact), mismatched crank arms and uncomfortable spring seat, but it goes very well. Let me know if it might suit.
