Wasn't WILLPALMER being flamed a couple of months ago for some foolishness? Something about a Visp IIRC. Anyway, if so happy to see the transformation. Add an appropriate front wheel and a new front brake (not sure the current one will work with a 700c. rim) and thats a perfectly acceptable bike. Personally I'd rather see a rear brake too (I've a real soft spot for internally routed steel frames) and lose the gold chain but there are a lot worse on here. I'm half tempted to give rep.
