The was to get the ASL enforced would be the same principal as rlj'ing gets a look in. get a number of people to complain "it's a menace and something needs to be done about it" "they nearly ran over an old dear" "revving engines was intimidating" "nearly got run over as I couldn't enter the asl line" etc etc
I doubt the press would ever get involved though unless there's a waste of tax payers money angle?
