I need a cheap quill stem and drop bars for girlfriend's build. Must be silver.

I've got a pair of Raleigh branded alloy drops in very good condition 40cm outer to outer so suitable for ladies shoulder width, plus an SR 100mm stem (badly scratched to abt 1/2" above the limit line but head extension/bolts/expander all good)
