Ok, I'll be honest here. My neck is giving me loads of gyp at the mo.

At the moment I'm going to ride to Herne Hill after work and see how I feel. This may change.

I'm out - cycling to Amsterdam on the weekend and need to do some logistics and route planning tonight as I'm very busy for the rest of the week.

right, lets look up the route to elmers end. reckon it is simple enough.

Up College Lane, turn right at the roundabout at the top. Pass the bus station at Crystal Palace and hang a left down Anerley Hill, descend for 2 miles or so, turn left at traffic lights by Elmers End station, take third exit towards West Wickham at Elmers End roundabout (although it's not round). Follow Andy's (diffused) rear light for next 65 miles.
