Does the stiffness og the modern cranks etc, expose inherent flex in the frame?
Genuinely curious.
maybe just me but i think that they are the best platform to see
big differences with modern parts.
When i was install centaur carbon (square) on my old sl, i was notice
a huge difference in stiffness against my old chorus alu.
With alu ultra torgue on my new sl doesn't feel like carbon, but
i feel a lot more stiffer the BB area.
I can't describe the enormous difference that i have when i use for a day
my eurus wheelset... against my "classic" MA3 (36-32 centaur hubs).
Looks like shit on the bike but there are grey fulcrum for those that like
their effect.
