I'm a bit out of love with my bike at the moment. Not sure why. And slightly worrying given the hill-fest that is approaching at the end of the month.

100k tonight would break my very soul.

saying that, i am out for tonight too.

i can no longer go on 4 day benders and bounce back like i could when i was in my twenties. bestival has taken a heavy toll on me. but it was sooooo worth it :-)

my brain has still not fully recovered and i would be a danger to myself and others if i came on this ride this ride.

i am going to punish myself on some local crystal palace hill loops instead...
