Just done an hours run round Regent's Park with my HRM, not letting it go above 80% and trying to average 75%.
It's surprisingly hard to run that slowly, the competitive spirit starts tingling when people overtake, but I was trying to concentrate on posture and breathing, plus I'm trying to go easy on my knee, which is pulling a bit.
