Steerer length is?

3 cm just enough for a stem to look like a pro's bike

Nice... Very nice... That said, I think El_D wants the measurement from the fork crown to the top of the steerer

if its only 3cm above the headset then I'm out as I'd need other forks- a 23 cm steerer is my happy point
