did 20 miles yesterday in 2.40, I'm aiming for a 3.30 marathon in 4 weeks time.
An online marathon calculator suggested that would give me 3.36, which i could live with, I'm not getting in the mileage i was hoping for.

hat i'm wondering is, with the taper etc will this get me any more time, should i go off for a 3.30 and see what happens or pace myself slower so i don't die in the last 6 miles?
[this isn't my first marathon but in the one in Madrid the last 8km was uphill and it added 6 minutes to my time, i got 3.50] 20 minutes seems optimistic to reduce my time by at the moment.
