That's bad. I've had 2 run ins with dogs in the last week after a long period with no problems. In battersea park some boxer-type thing ran in front of me. I was doing intervals and was in "the zone": no way I'm budging. It got a knee in the face and a paw stepped on. Hopefully discourage it in future.
Go get a jab, just in case...
