Are there any guides showing what mtb tyre sizing is in mm? Tried utfs and sheldon, nothing.
I have a rim with a 30mm inner width. According to the internet I want a tyre 44-60mm. Is a 2" mtb slick really 50mm or am I over thinking this again?

Rims on my mountain bike take from 1.25 - 2.35 inch tyres and are just short of 30mm

it's a perfect size for me, also force me to not take too much crap too.
little framebag for camera, snack, phone and money, little saddlebag with tools/inner tube, backpack with food and clothes, bingo.
Maybe you should go back to the satchel.

I still have the same bag since then (4 years), ever occur to you that it work for some people?

A good bag is big when you need it (today I took 16 wine bottles to bottle bank in mine) and unintrusive when travelling with absolute minimals requirements.
That sir is no bag for anyone who cycles at any decent speed.

Looks nice, I lived in Greece for 3/4 months and (oddly enough!) saw a lot of it, extremely tight and convoluted grain.
Cannot find anything other than laminate dressed fibre board worktops after a quick Google however.
you visit as many National Trust properties as you can, bypass the donation box and complimentary audio tour, head straight for the shop, buy all the wooden spoons/egg cups/clothes pegs you can fit in the Volvo, chop them up with the mitre saw and glue the sawdust into worktop shaped sheets?

I think I get free National Trust membership as I own a Volvo- good call.

I suggest formica, or chipboard.
That way this fascinating saga can continue as the work surface will need replacing soon.

Maybe; depends on the manufacturer and the rim width. The 26x2.0 Big Apples on miss.ua's bike are 47mm wide, mounted on Mavic D521s. I'd expect them to be more like 52mm if you put them on a rim with a 30mm inside width.

I think, sir, that you're confusing the difference between a mere satchel where you can able to carry the minimum so you can out for a drink, quick visit to a museum, and the like, and sir, if I must emphasised, a rucksack that carry enough glow sticks to get Flamboyant Iain all giddy with anticipation, sir.

There is nothing hip about hipsters any more. It is just a hackneyed style that sad desperate individuals who lack any form of personality have grasped onto. For maybe 30 seconds (5 years ago) they were slightly hip. Now it is just ridiculous in a very non-ironic way.
Hipster are the world, remeber that this forum has a high percentage of hipster and hipster wannabies.

Don't worry about your man-bag. These fine fellows wouldn't sneer at you.

Considering what to make the kitchen work-surfaces from, anyone got any creative suggestions?
Chocolate.

any UK sellers of ISM Adamo saddles that do them cheap?
-
• #17745
All the ones I saw were over £100.
-
• #17746
can get them for £65-70 from the states but last time I got stung for about £30 on taxes and processing charge! Now want another for me fixeh so messaged seller asking if they'd mark a lower value or as gift and he say no can do... might try some other US sellers.

and if you haven't tried one, they may be fugly but my achey bollock actually hurt less after riding to work this eve than it did before... magic!
-

I use one on my TT bike. The further forward aero position after 8 hours would normally make my dick fall off. The ISM prevents this but does have other issues though.
-
• #17749
other issue being the width? I found good on the nose for getting more power down, but also comfortable and supportive sitting further back .
