True dat but you get stung after the initial purchase
Get a small modern common rail diesel for high MPG
Make it one that falls into a low tax group
Make it one that falls into a low insurance group
Make it a tiny one so you can park it easier
Make it one that has cheap spares
Also reliable, stylish desirable etc
