hi all
looking to purchase a frame to be used fixed (horizontal/semi dropouts necessary), made of higher-end steel preferably oversized - columbus max, el-os, reynolds 731os, 853 etc..
however the budget is somewhere around £100 - not looking for a pristine frame by any means, in fact any paint condition, few dings etc is fine
hope this isnt asking too much!
