• As title says, I need a rear wheel (no disc brakes), fair condition but can be scratched and stuff, not fussy at all, please. Looking to spend (Max) 20 squid, and this would be for something a bit better maybe.
    Do let me know please,
    \Obrigado,

    Nuno

  • for £25 you can have a rear wheel with 7 speed Shimano cassettte (changeable to 8/9) and it has an internal hub 3 gears with cable and twist grip- the hub has track nuts to fix in the frame a la Sturmey Archer.

Can be used without the internal gears being activated/cabled up.

Alesa explorer rim all very little used

  • I would, doubt my mate will, he got pissed of me saying 20 quid budget... anyway, thanks so much El Diablo, I just don't think he's the sort of person to appreciate any spec.
His wheel got buckled after a crash and he needs a replacement, the bike looks horrendous as it is already.
    No pressure.

  • freewheel or freehub fitment? spacing?

  • 130mm, for cassette. Not sure which though.

  • thanks

  • got few sets 26 inchers harrow on hill area need to sort out later if time let me know if areas convienient for pick up

  • hbwt have you still got the 26' wheel?

  • I want one with 8spd compatible. I know the thread is old, but...
