I very much doubt that's the case once wages are taken into consideration. Apparently the money has been there, bit the chief exec has fucked everything up, hence Schteve getting frustrated. Can't blame him, he inherited a squad with something like six strikers, only four defenders and no left-back. Good job we don't have Evertons physio
