It has bosses on the down tube,but yes you
re right its 531 ST. STstands for super tourist which would you wouldnt normally expect to find on a steep no ,clearance racing geo frame.Normally its found on deiciated touring bikes like the Dawes Galaxy.I did read taht ST was sometimes used by framebuilders on large frame sizes,to add a bit more strength and stiffness over regular 531tubes, for taller therefore heavier riders.
