Bloody hell, calm down.

Just saying, the Heineken, Amstel & Kronenbourg I had were all flat, as were a few other peoples. The Heineken also tasted bitter. It was a pretty bad show to be fair but anyway I'm sure it's just a one off.

Jacks Burger on the other hand, not my place to complain to the staff, but uncooked burger mince can be dangerous. His burger was uncooked... not really acceptable is it?

No, it's not acceptable, that's why I sent it back. It was sorted there and then, in about 5 minutes, and I got a whole new burger etc. out of it. They were apologetic and I barely had to say anything before Luke took it and said they'd get another one out to me as soon as possible. What's the point in bringing it up? The only possible result is either to bitch - which they don't deserve - or to deter people from souths, which (I assume) no one wants to do. The same goes for the beer, if we're going to have a big old moan about every anomaly at souths vs. the number of times that everyone's been happy as a carrot, or whatever Ed would say, then they're probably not going to want us there, and no one is going to want to come.

Also, I'd rather you didn't complain on my behalf, since I have no complaint.
