Late 60's track frame built by Belgian frame builder PLUM (Ghent)
Not sure on tubing, but it's light!
Nervex BB Cluster and lovely campy crown fork.
Paint job done by Bob Jackson less than a year ago - paint work in perfect condition. Although, some pitting to frame which has been painted over. Pics available.
