So project road bike is happening now. havent gone down the no name chinese carbon route like sumo and fade but the chinese carbon with a name. brought this frame today.

Thinking about what groupset to go for. tempted by sram rival but not sure

there's a good deal for 105 at merlin at the moment.
it might look shit, but it does the job very well.
