Can't you adjust the chainline of those with BB spacers? I have them too, and did so.. They're indeed very nice, grab 'm harold!

170mm sram S300 track cranks, near mint condition, only swapped them out as i needed a wider chainline for my weird TT frame and i've replaced them with the same cranks but road style
brand new BB, never fitted and brand new 48t chainring
very stiff cranks - i much prefer them to square taper
