I live really close to Sclater st, they did have coppers sniffing around there quite often around the time that they started that bike theft team last year, but not lately. Some of the 'pavement busters' gathering up fines like the one that copped me scooting along (both my legs over one side of the bike, one foot on pedal) near Old St Argos the other day could get up there instead.
