For Sale: Cheap Viking Road bike

I have a cheap and cheerful Viking road bike for sale......It is probably gas pipe quality as it is a bit hefty, but it rides really nicely. The only issues are that a spoke has snapped at the nipple on the front wheel, causing a bit of a buckle....a new spoke would straighten it out though, and the tyres will need replacing soon (27''). And obviously, there is no bar tape on it.

The good news is that it shifts gear beautifully and has very nice 'viking' engraved bars..it looks pretty cool with it's gold colour and white lug lining too IMHO....

Anyway....I'm after £45 collected from my address in Bishops Stortford, on the Liverpool Street line.

I'll bung the size up in a bit when I get to my mancave.... It's the usual fare, with huret gearing and no name bits on, but it's cheap enough and works well. I don't want to split, but you can buy the frame and fork for £45 and get shot of the rest, if you like....

It's 56 square..... Ideal pub bike fodder and I'll obviously take an offer ;0)

This is a good price for a whole bike. I had a 60s Viking and it was very nicely made. This looks to be from the 70s, after production moved from Wolverhampton to Northern Ireland.
