Ride from Brentwood area down to Southend on Saturday then? People can join as we pass. Any benfleet, basildon guys know a good route heading southeast? Would rather not do the A13 route

a good route from brentwood would be hutton, ramsden bellhouse, wickford, rochford and onto little wakering. all minor roads or back roads can be taken.

Sounds good to me!

Anyone else going to join us tomorrow? A couple of us are doing a longer ride on Sunday as well, so we'll probably just do a shorter loop round blackmore, writtle way.
Don't be shy, we don't bite

Fun ride earlier, great to know that more people are enthusiastic to get out and ride in our fine county.
Today we got out as far as Fyfield...
...then decided to move swiftly on to the pub after spotting some sinister crows

^^Good to meet you on Saturday, Matt. I estimate that the route was between 35 and 40 miles - I'll upload the exact route for posterity a bit later.
