I think his point was that a very tall (but not very flexible) person can have a true lo-pro with a 700 front wheel and a conventional stem.
Yes. I was just illustrating that, by your definition, a bike with same sized wheels can be classified as a lo-pro.

^^ i guess MT has to thank you for finally buying it off of him =))
btw, i guess if you had a bull horn with a shorter reach (or perhaps positioned it differently) you wouldn't have to move the saddle so close forward -

Is that a Rourke?
-
• #685
Yep - it's a Rourke.
I like to ride as far forward as possible, the position was a bit wierd - my TT bike has me forward of the BB... this doesn't and felt feckin strange.

Well, my dad has to thank him as it was his bike.
I don't think it rides as long as you think it does - mine is the same geometry, and has a 12cm stem, LA84 bars and the saddle pushed back on the seat post, and it doesn't feel ridiculously stretched out.

He's into doing things that will be the things that people do before they were cool to be cool and all before it was cool to be into things before they were cool.
Meta-hipsters are the new hipsters.

Actually, I just bought Spoks because Boardman had been using them the previous year (one of those wheels was actually ridden by Boardman, I bought it from Deeside Cycles as ex-demo)
These days, I use a Hed 3, just like Wiggo, so that makes me a follower, not a leader :-)
