  • I own one and love it!! In the photo it is running a 25c rear tyre and a 23c front but you would just be able to fit a 25 on the front. Its very nice to ride but alot different to the surly it replaced, steeper angles shorter rake on the fork are the reason.
    The frame is still quite comfortable on rougher terrain(gravel paths, gentle bridal ways) the only problem i have had with the bike is mud/leaves/stones getting stuck up behind the fork but that is when riding off road and the bike isn't really designed for that?!

    Here it is;

    The frame looks really sleek and simple.

    Whats the clearance between the front tyre and the bridge of the fork like?

    The Cinelli is nice, and better than the 2010 model IMHO due to better steel. Lots of options at that price point though. £450 Condor Potenza in Deda 12.5, £420ish Bob Jackson in 631, £475 new Brother track frame in 631, the new Tokyo Fixed s2 in Thron is only £350, and is very nice, though speaking to them on Saturday, I think almost sold out.

    All of these are similar grades of steel, and all are similar frames. Not sure where the Cinelli is made, I suspect Taiwan like the TF and Brother, the BJ is made in the UK and the Condor in Italy. The question is, which do you like the most? I'd be very tempted by the Condor or the Brother.

    I'm going to do a bit of research into each of those, the pictures of the Condor look beautiful.

    Does anyone have any thoughts on the Iro frames? I know there slightly cheaper, but I was just wondering about the geo of them and material used.
