I saw this advert....

Meh. It's not especially light for alu, and doesn't come from a reputed manufacturer.
I'd go second-hand with something you know.
what d'ya think??

Nice, Merckx look alike Rourke, pick up from exeter though
title says 58cm actual 60cm
I bought this. I always love slightly dodgy/mysterious auctions. The forks are 653 but the seller doesn't know about the frame, as the decal has come off. I guess when I receive the frame I can weigh it and have a better idea. Anyone have any bright ideas on identifying the tubing?

Rear carbon tri-spoke - £75 BIN - messaged seller, and it has a screw on sachs freewheel, not casette, so could be converted for track...

^^ That's listed as a HED tri-spoke, but I can't find another HED like it.
Is it just generic carbon?
-
• #34790
Pretty sure it's just generic - seen a couple of others like it, but can't remember the brand names - looks old though.

Agreed. They normally panto everything, mine must have 5 separate places. Not saying it isn't one but it is suspect.

Thats a Juna wheel made in the ussr (thermoplastic not carbon), and that "Rossin" is a fake.

Part of me wonders whether it's the original fork, as it's drilled as well...

there's no headset with such a big stack height, it must be not original fork![](http://i.ebayimg.com/00/$(KGrHqYOKm8E5JPC1c8TBOWV4KueGQ~~60_3.JPG)
Jesus that frame needs to be saved from the horror. Look at the gearing! Shocking.
Seem small are they 650c?
