mate- I asked where you lived. This should inform your decision of who to get to build your wheel.
To be quite honest, it's a wheel - most bike mechanics worth their salt will be able to build it for you.
If you live in London, try to use your local bike shop or someone independent as they are slightly more likely to give a shit.. good independent bike shops in London include:
Fitzrovia Cycles
Brixton Cycles
Bon Velo
Condor
There are also people like www.thebikewhsperer.co.uk who can built wheels for you
