Spurs can have it and knock it down as far as I'm concerned. The chasm between the pitch and stands makes it totally usless for football unlesd the porn Davids have some sort of miracle fucking telescoping seat arrangement up thier velvet sleeves. However policing the area would be interesting if that did come about.
