I've been racing on the Planet X frames for over 3 years. No issues. Raced in Belgium on the Pro Carbon and it held up just find. Had the Nanolight for just over a year, probably the best PX frame to date.
They are cheap because PX bring them in direct from the manufacturers and have not retail chain to support. Bike shops cost money to run. A warehouse and online store is substantially cheaper.
