you often see people offering £50 or £100 cash for return or info leading to return of a bike but the thief would often get that much for higher end stuff easily anyway, so the potential of £500 for them might lure it out, or be tempting enough for one person to rat on another.
Hope you get it back. Sounds like you had it locked up good, but somebody was determined to have it, and at the end of the day the lock just buys you time.
You generally get about a week to find it until its shifted on and the chances of seeing it again rapidly diminish.
