They are a good solid set of wheels, if a little weighty depending on your needs !?
Quando hubs appear to have nice alloy, but you can count on the bearings needing a proper clean and lube before use. The ones that I have played with (mostly by axle spinning in shops, but owned a couple of pairs too) have been very gritty inside.
If I were you I'd try for a set of wheels with sealed bearing hubs, which you could probably get for a few quid extra.
