@OJAW it has, handles better and I feels stronger! Also don't get many weird looks as before!
Nice, I'm thinking Sillgey Piccolo for a winter project.

Unco, what are the factors that will determine whether or not you build it up? If you don't like the bars and the wheels have been borrowed, then you have a gray frame. Why are you considering expending time and money on this frame as opposed to any other?

^i think jersey is referring to the hinge usually found in the tube to fold the bike..
the twenty came in both foldable and rigid models.

it is an old frame and all the parts are odds and sods from my shed, i was looking for inspiration with what to do with it.

Indeed, ofmega mistrals. Currently milled down road doubles but Ive got a set of the actual track ones now too which will be going on very shortly. Just need to get a custom made chainring in the old mistral pattern
what do you mean "now" you had them before you left for the land down under.

So my first build is coming along :) have a norco frame on its way, blue paint waiting for it, chrome forks and a budget rear wheel so far :) super excited just need more money to buy shiny things

Did you build the wheels from parts or buy them as a set? Curious to know which brands etc.
Neither current or project but an upgrade from this

Will a Centaur bb 111mm fit with a DA 7400 track cranks? Can't find anybody using it on the transmission database.

ignore the seatpost, saddle and massive spacer stack

Doesn't seemed small at all mate, it look perfectly fine, but then I probably have the biggest amount of seatpost showing of all the bike on this forum (apart from flickwg of course).
Especially when you set it up as a sit-up and beg bicycle.

Seatpost looks fine, it does look like you need a longer stem though. That looks like an 80/90mm?
-
• #49690
I could even be OK... with the risers, being a commuter... but those spacers.
-
• #49691
its a 90, if I keep it i'll be changing it to at least 100mm
-
• #49692
Actually I just notice how much you set your saddle back, not good.
wack in a 110mm stem and see how that felt, I think I may have one lying around, you're going to South tonight?
-
• #49693
Looks alright.
-
• #49694
I have a few stems you can try out. 100/110/120mm. I could have a nice day out in Swansea if you want to try them?

I just thought "nice frame", looked up the current Lavoro and then did a sick in my mouth at the curved top tube. WHY CONDOR WHY

It makes it look like it's got worse posture than me... Still, each to their own and all that.

Thanks for the offer ed and oz, i've got loads of stems thanks, I'll give a 110 a spin, I think It'll probably be for the best. The geo on the frame is the opposite of my old one, short up from longer in the back. Oz you're always welcome in swansea. Ed i'm still in swansea at the moment but I hopefully I'll be in london soon.
Regal, the new ones are awful, yes.
I need to sort out the forks too. I understand that the crown is drilled but in the factor they put a bung in it. I like to keep the fork but I'm reluctant to drill them incase I danage them.
So does anyone know about the best way to remove the bung or can they suggest a fork thats drilled but has the same rake please? -
