Unco, what are the factors that will determine whether or not you build it up? If you don't like the bars and the wheels have been borrowed, then you have a gray frame. Why are you considering expending time and money on this frame as opposed to any other?

it is an old frame and all the parts are odds and sods from my shed, i was looking for inspiration with what to do with it.
