Lookng for a Manager 35 hr £31,935 + 5% pension, South London
Wheels for Wellbeing is a disability cycling charity. As our Manager, you will take us
into the next phase of development with our 3 year Big Lottery Fund grant.
You will develop cycling opportunities for disabled people of all ages and be
responsive to our participants’ needs. Maintaining an overview of both the cycling
world and the disability agenda means you will be able to develop our strategic
direction. You will have responsibility for leading, managing and motivating our paid
staff and volunteers so we achieve the organisation’s objectives. Working with
partners, you will raise the profile of cycling for disabled people. You will also be
responsible to the trustees for sound financial and resource management. Crucially,
you will be responsible for leading on and delivering our fundraising strategy.
