I don't actually know... the seatpost is 27.2 and built up it weighs almost exactly the same as my 531c Mercian Vigorelli.

Nice. Let me know if the Perry interests you anyway, I'm conversely looking for something a little stiffer to ride on the track (as I have another steel lightweight for the road)
This bike was custom built for me last year by Fitzrovia cycles. (It's basically a modified Tifosi Pista CX)

It is an awesome build, fast, light, comfortable and responsive. However being an old codger (37) this new fangled Aluminium/Carbon mix doesnt sit well with me.
I would basically like to swap for a Steel Fixie with traditional dimensions. for example a Dawes Mono or Bianchi Pista.
Failing that if anyone has a well looked after Geared retro road bike (Reynolds 531 / Columbus SL/SLX) i would be tempted
Or PM a cash offer if you really fancy it
