52-53cm Road Frame - Lightweight (531, equivalent or higher) For 700c, 130 Rear spacing, recessed allen key brakes etc. Probably late 80's/90's.
Platform pedals - Cheap and cheerful for beater
Track pedals + velcro straps - decent one's like MKS etc
