dont bother... had enough of the Sram RED ceramic BB and its special grease requirements. I have found the lower spec force bb to have much better weather seals and spin much better over a longer period. Save the cash for something more important/ benificial.

I think that steel is the way to go after doing a little research.

My frame is BB30, so the cups are the bottom bracket shell, in a way, so it's not a great idea to replace the bearings every month as some have had to do with the Cannondale ceramic bearings.

And this decision saves me £40- which is nice.
