Yes its pneumatic Campy electa , i've try to pump it with blood preasure pump since the original one is missing , the surface is harder after pump but it didnt work with the electa on my rossin , my guess is the air bag inside is didnt work anymore..

Then ride it with one of those inflatable shorts...
