These are pretty much the full details, it's up to us to define it:
"A Night of Northern Soul, brought to you by the London Bike Forum (LFGSS) at Juno Bar, Shoreditch on October 7th, from 10pm- 2am"
All I had in mind was to give the Dark Times DJ's a chance to play mostly soul with the odd exception to mix things up and to throw some money either at the DJs (cover costs + a little something) or the bar (X amount until it runs out), or both.
I'm thinking an hour DJ slot for the warm-up followed by 45 minute DJ slots to give 5 slots in total:
10pm > 11pm
11pm > 11:45pm
11:45pm > 12:30am
12:30am > 1:15am
1:15am > 2amI dislike shorter slots as you barely get a chance to get into it and set a groove, but still wanted to have at least 5 decent sized slots.
The warm-up has the longest slot as it's always quieter in the first 30 minutes.
So I'm looking for 5 DJs to set the tone for the night.

Timely bump, Mr Schick...
I can now confirm that on Friday 21st October 2011 The Grosvenor will play host to the world's greatest battle of the bands*: Realengers Vs. Fakengers
In the battered and blue corner, reppin' for London's courier community, we have Ragworm and in the bloodied but unbowed corner, giving their hearts and souls for London's Twats-on-Fixies community, will be Rikki Fredo and The Fabulous Fucktones... It will be a battle of titanically epic proportions...
We're also planning an alleycat that finishes at The Grosvenor to get you all there and in the mood... Bring it...
Beast wishes, Zée Zée Fucktone
