I have a spare roll of tape going Hyper though its pretty cheap of the bay! I thought long and hard about cementing them but its quite messy and you spend ages cleaning the rims uo if you get a flat! Which you will if you attempt to ride in the rain or just after!!
Giz a shout if you need a hand!!
