Speed record attempt on wooden bike

If we can get back to the root of this thread for a min please, how do the pedals work? is the some kind of cleat system? or is it just a fixed pole?

Might work with Aerolite pedal cleats, or a similar system.

You'd be bark'in mad to try it if you ash me.
