At a guess: reverse threading on fixed sized requires i.d of hub on fixed side to be smaller.

I do remember servicing one of these, isn't one of the cones fixed to the axle, or not replaceable?

So can anyone confirm the size / number of 'standard' sealed bearings?
Only found this after utfsI've got some spare 10 x 8 x 26 SKF sealed bearings with 2 rubber seals
They'll fit most sealed hubs
Which I gather is 6000 2RS?
Can't quite read the numbers stamped on my current bearings.
Just taken apart my Suze flip flop hub. The bearings on the SS size are bigger than those on the FG side. Thought it was a mistake but the cones and cups are sized differently so why do they make 'em like that? and are they all that way?
