I hope that Eamon Holmes has spent a lot of money on a new boiler, which starts inexplicably vibrating the gas supply tube for ~5 minute periods at random times throughout the night, which (until he jams a bit of cardboard under it) wakes him up at (for example) ten past five in the morning, and he is unable to go back to sleep.
