Might be a rookie question but I'm running a 700x28c front tyre and hadn't popped an inner tube until today. Popped in BLB as its close to work and the guy sold me a Bontrager 700x18c-23c inner tube saying it'll fit upto a 28c tyre.
Is this right? Would the packet not say 700x28c?
