hey folks,
we are 3 post student, working cyclists from around the forum and moving together end of august and need a 4th flatmate for this cosy 4 bed house in East Dulwich SE22. it's right between the Peckham Rye Park and to the Lordship Lane with a 5 min walk to both.
kitchen is nice and modern with dish washer, spacious living room with dining area and a garden to the back (do i smell BBQ?).
the room with double bed is spacious enough for a huge wardrobe or a desk, bright and quiet.
470,- a month plus bills
